- DREW STILL
- Fly Fish Tennessee - I am a (FIVE time) Fly Casting Champion and I've taught at THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE, Knoxville. I have fly fished all my life as fly fishing was the glue that bonded me with my dad, Dr. George Still. I made my first fly rod at age 12 and attended an advanced fly tying class with my dad at age 13. I have won a number of fishing contests while growing up. I simply want to provide the OPPORTUNITY for others to enjoy fly fishing by teaching students the sport. It is a terrific way to build lifelong relationships with multiple people. It is a sport that helps with the development of Patience, Kindness, and Gentleness and of course Self Control. I also like catching BIG FISH on BIG water!!! Call 865-696-9474 and tell me your background - I want to hear it.

KARM hits the lake - Dry Fly Fishing
Some Knox Area Rescue Ministries residents joined me "on the water" along with the Director of Donor Relations of KARM, John Gargis at Cove Park for an evening of DRY FLY FISHING for bluegills!! Pictured L to R is Bill (another fly fisherman that was already there catching fish, who sacrificed his fishing time to help lend a hand) David, Austin, Scott, Gordon, John Gargis and Shay. What fun we had pulling out fish after fish on a #16 cork bug special that I tie. Each and every one of us caught fish but the fishing was only part of our fun. We were enjoying the great outdoors, our time together and the thanking God for this opportunity to be on the water. What a great evening. What do we do next?
